The location of the hotel in Lubumbashi is favourable, near to business centre and the lake and the restaurant and outside. The rooms are tidy and well-equipped with coffee/tea making machines and a writing table.

The staff was amazing and pleasant. Clean hotel. Decent restaurant. Good breakfast.

Location: the hotel was not far from the restaurant or the bar as well as Mining sites in Congo. Appreciated staying at the fairly quiet room with nice setup.

The hotel is situated in a great location, next to a beautiful lake and surrounded by picturesque grounds. The proximity to the mining sites in Congo makes it an ideal choice for business travelers. The staff in the restaurant and bar are attentive and provide excellent service.

We recently spent our Christmas holiday at a hotel in Lubumbashi and had a great time. The buffet breakfast was enjoyable with a great selection of delicious pastries and fruits. The hotel location was perfect as it allowed us easy access to the city's key landmarks. We also appreciated the free Wi-Fi services that helped us stay connected throughout our stay.

It didn't meet our expectations and would benefit from a significant improvement. we found the cost of bottled water to be quite expensive compared to prices outside the hotel.

The complementary breakfast and Wi-Fi were a great touch. the location of the hotel was convenient for exploring the city and easy access to transport. the pool was a great place to relax and enjoy the sunshine.

The air conditioning in the rooms was not effective and the sheets were not ironed properly. the dinner at the hotel restaurant was not worth the price and the staff were not as friendly as expected.

Despite a few minor issues, we had a fantastic stay at Pullman. The room was clean and comfortable with a beautiful view of the lake. The staff at the front desk, especially Barthéz, greeted us with a warm smile and provided excellent service throughout our stay. The food at the hotel was delicious and we were impressed with the improved quality of the meals compared to previous years. we had a wonderful time and would recommend this hotel.

Secondly, the staff were friendly and helpful, providing quick room service and attending to any requests promptly. And finally, the rooms were clean and comfortable, with nice setups and basic amenities. The breakfast spread was also impressive, with 100% natural juice options available.
